The Goovigen State School facilities consist of a raised double teaching building block, library and office, large oval, multipurpose court, shaded eating area, a large shaded adventure playground and covered walkway to the ablution block.
The students also have access to computers in the classroom which all have internet access. The classroom computers are linked to a server which enables extensive networking. Students also have access to mobile tablet devices and interactive whiteboards to further enhance their learning across the curriculum.
A computer is situated in the office for administration and staff, both the principal and the 'Administrative Assistant Enhancement Program' (AAEP) staff have laptops . There is access to the library and office for the disabled.
